Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
General Policies
The curtain goes up at Runway Theatre on Friday and Saturday evenings at 8:00 p.m. and on Sunday afternoons at 3:00 p.m. All performances take place in our black box theatre located at 215 N. Dooley Street, near Grapevine's historic downtown.
Tickets may be purchased online with a credit card until 4 hours before the performance. After this, tickets may be reserved by calling 817-488-4842 or purchased in person when the lobby opens.
The lobby opens forty-five minutes before curtain and seating begins approximately half-an-hour before the show begins. All ticket reservations will be held until fifteen minutes prior to show time.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Runway Theatre).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
